The Team

Experience & Qualifications

Our first Director has a lot of experience working in general nursing since 2002. She brought to the organisation significant skills in policy formulation, development and provides in-depth leadership and knowledge on issues around physical health in our service users, which enables us as an organisation to meet individual needs in a holistic way. She has a Diploma in General (Adult) Nursing), Degree in Nursing Studies, completed a Team Leader Development Program (Institute of Leadership & Management and other medically related University credited studies and is registered with the NMC, UK.

Our second Director brings in wealth of experience from both clinical and business with years of experience in Community Mental Health Nursing, from Care Coordination to Management levels in the NHS and in Australia. He is registered with the NMC. He has got experience in Change Management, Negotiations, Health Systems and Strengthening, Strategic Management, HR functions, clinical governance framework and commissioning. He holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Mental Health Nursing, an Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Ethics & Law, BSc (Hons) Mental Health and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). 

Staff Qualifications & Experience

All our new employees or those who come to work at the project should be willing to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), complete a course in line with the Care Certificate requirements and must have completed the annual mandatory training. Any other training will be encouraged as identified in the training needs analysis, clinical supervision and annual appraisal or Performance Development Reviews. It is in the organisation’s structure that all members of the team receive a Performance Development Review (PDR) and Clinical Supervision.

All training completed will be recorded on the training matrix and will also be available in their employment files which are ONLY available to the management when needed and to the individuals involved.
